Investigating a new way of improving the usability of personal health applications for a diverse target audience. This involves centralising personal health data storage to facilitate seamless communication with all health organisation.

Solution

Utilising insights from conducted interviews, workshops, and journey mapping, I created concept designs to test with a user pool. This approach allowed for the identification of potential successes and challenges prior to the implementation phase.
