The brief

Concept design for healthcare communication, for the Association of Healthcare Providers.

Working in healthcare, I partnered closely with the team to research the real workflow, map the problem space, and design an interface that makes the complex feel calm and obvious.

Approach

Discovery and stakeholder interviews led into structured information architecture, interactive prototypes, and rounds of user testing before a clean developer handoff.

Outcome

A shipped, validated interface the team can build on — clearer flows, fewer support questions, and a design language that scales.
